The Enclave is a 77 home gated community of duplex and triplex style dwellings that is situated between Avenue of the Fountains and El Lago Boulevard.
Every home in the Enclave is single story, with privatized rear yards and oversized two-car garages. There will be three different models to choose from in the gated community and all will have 9- to 10- foot ceilings. Home sizes will range from 1505 to 1829 square feet.
